This website is operated by PROVOLT Auto Electrical, a mobile auto electrical and air conditioning business in Cairns, Queensland.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form on this website we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, suburb or location, your vehicle details and your message. If you call or email us, we receive whatever you tell us.

How the enquiry form works

The form is submitted through our website host, Netlify, which stores the submission and emails it to PROVOLT. We use your details to reply to you, discuss the work and arrange a visit. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing lists.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. It does not tell us your name or contact details. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Who we share information with

Only the services needed to run this website and reply to you: Netlify (hosting and form handling), Google (analytics and email). These providers may store information outside Australia.

Keeping and correcting your information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
